"Lullaby is a painting created upon the birth of my daughter, Aya.  My idea was to introduce my home country of Japan to Aya (she was born and is being raised here in the US) while also dedicating the piece as a visual lullaby for the town of my own birth and its people." -- Hiro Sakaguchi
