Tiffany Lin is a visual artist, wordsmith, and dreamer. Lin currently serve as a faculty member at the Community School of Music and Arts in Mountain View, CA and artistic collaborator at the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose. Lin also maintains an active illustration practice specializing in figurative representation and sequential narratives, and has worked as a freelance illustrator and studio assistant at Printfresh, Deb Chaney Editions, and Parsons the New School for Design’s Printmaking Department. Lin earned her MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Illustration Practice and my BA in Gender & Women’s Studies and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Betsy Ross got the Blues reimagines Old Glory in shades of indigo with an unfinished field of stars. Indigo dye has a longstanding relationship to labor as a prized global commodity, a lesser known part of America's plantation economy, and its use in the creation of denim—the fabric of the working class.
