GALLERY HOURS

The Gallery and Storefront are open to the public on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 2PM—6PM. Please check our Instagram (@asianartsphilly) for any last minute scheduling changes prior to your visit!

Our exhibits will be closed to the public on federal holidays.

Parking: Nearby public parking lots are located along Vine Street as well as on Callowhill between 12th and 13th Streets. Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. 

Public Transportation: Asian Arts Initiative is accessible via the Broad Street and Market-Frankford lines of SEPTA Jefferson Station (trolley, subway and Regional Rail) as well as the 22 and 45 SEPTA bus lines. For more information, visit septa.org.
 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From I-95 North: Take I-95 North to Exit 22 (Central Philadelphia/I-676). Follow signs for I-676 West, and take the first exit (Broad Street). Follow signs for 611/Broad Street; turn left onto Vine Street. Follow signs for Vine Street/PA Convention Center. Turn left on N. Broad Street, right on Wood Street, right on N. 12th Street and right on Vine Street.

From I-95 South: Take I-95 South to Exit 22 (Central Philadelphia/I-676 toward Independence Hall/Callowhill Street). Turn right on Callowhill Street, left on N. 9th Street, left on Vine Street.

From I-76: Take I-76 to Exit 344/I-676 East. Exit at 611/Broad Street. Follow signs for Vine Street/PA Convention Center. Turn left on N. Broad Street, right on Wood Street, right on N. 12th Street and right on Vine Street.

From the New Jersey Turnpike: Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 4 (Philadelphia/Camden). Take Route 73 N to Route 38 W to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway; follow signs for I-676 W. Turn right on N. 7th Street, left on Callowhill Street, left on N. 9th Street and left on Vine Street.

Asian Arts Initiative is designed as a mobility accessible facility, with access to all public floors and spaces, and seating accommodations for programmed events. Both non-gendered and individually isolating restrooms are available on each floor, all equipped with changing stations.
