The Theater, located on the first floor of Asian Arts Initiative, is a multi-use black box space ideal for presentations, panel discussions, community meetings, theatrical productions, variety performances, film screenings, and special celebrations.

- Due to proximity to AAI offices, the Theater has limited availability and restrictions on type of use during weekday business hours
